Dr. Victoria Oko Otie is a Senior Assistant Registrar presently attached to the office of the Dean, Faculty of Medicine, University of Calabar, Calabar. She holds a Ph.D degree in Soil Fertility and Plant Nutrition awarded by the University of Calabar, Calabar in 2019. Dr. Otie has a passion for research and is presently a Guest Foreign Researcher of the Arid Land Research Center, Tottori University, Tottori-Japan, under the ALRC’s Guest Research Associates for Joint Research Program. She has five International Publications, four of which are indexed in the ISI database. She has attended many conferences, seminars and other update programmes where she made presentations. Dr Otie is a member of the Nigeria Institute of Soil Science (formerly, Soil Science Society of Nigeria).
