About Dr. Victor Obule Ebuara

Dr Ebuara, Victor Obule is a Native of Ibiaragidi Village in Bekwarra Local Government Area of Cross River State, Nigeria. He was born in 27th of August, 1954 in the above community. He had his Primary Secondary and University Education all in Cross River State and obtained B.A (Hons), M.Sc, PGDE and Ph.D degrees in the University of Calabar, Calabar. I had my first employment as a classroom teacher in my village secondary school. I subsequently transferred to the Polytechnic Calabar as an Administrative Officer in 1990. After obtaining a Ph.D degree I was employed as Lecturer one in 2010 in the Department of Educational Administration and Planning, University of Calabar. Presently, I am a senior lecturer in the Department of Educational Administration and Planning, University of Calabar.
