Dr Godwin Beshibeshebe Ushie was employed in the University of Calabar as an Assistant Lecturer into the Department of Continuing Education and Development Studies in 2016. He was upgraded to the rank of Lecturer II in 2019. He holds a B.Ed degree in Adult Education (2010), M.Ed in Industrial and Labour Studies (2014) and PhD in Industrial and Labour Education in 2019. He was awarded a National Certificate in Education from Cross River State College of Education, Akamkpa, Nigeria. Dr Ushie has been teaching, mentoring and researching in the University since joining the University. He was appointed Departmental Coordinator of CES programme (2016 to date),. He has attended many conferences where he made presentations. He also has over eight publications in peer reviewed academic journals. He is a member of Nigeria National Council for Adult Education Readers Association of Nigeria and member of British Academy-African Partnerships. He is married with a child.
