About Engr. Simeon Ebahe Okachi

Engr. Simeon Ebahe Okachi is a seasoned and erudite scholar whose passion and drive is in the area of Electrical Power Systems and Machines Engineering. His research interest or Area of Specialization include Electrical Power System Analysis, Power System Control, Electrical Power System Automation. Transmission Line Analysis including transmission network faults, transmission system fault control. Also Engr. Simeon Ebahe Okachi is vastly knowledgeable in the Area of Renewable Energy such as Renewable Energy Hybrid Integration and Energy Efficiency (Demand Side Management). Engr. Simeon E. Okachi is a holder of Masters Degree in Electrical Power Systems and Machines Engineering in 2017 and a Bachelors Degree of Electrical & Electronic Engineering in 2012 from the prestigeous Cross River University of Technology (CRUTECH), Calabar. Engr. Simeon E. Okachi is a professional member of the Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN), Cooperate member of the Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE) as well as Nigeria Institute of Electrical & Electronic Engineering (NIEEE). He joined the services of the University of Calabar as an Assistant Lecturer in the Department of Electrical & Electronic Engineering in 2017 and rosed to the rank of Lecturer II in 2018. He has several scholarly publications in highly peer reviewed Journals in Electrical Engineering. Currently, Engr. Simeon E. Okachi is pursuing his Doctoral Degree Program in Electrical Power System. And he is happily married with kids.
