About Mr. Victor Ogar Ogbu

Mr Victor Ogar Ogbu was employed as an Academic Staff into the Institute of Public Policy and Administration, University of Calabar in 2013 as a Research Assistant. He acquired a Diploma in Personnel Management in 2003 from the University of Calabar. He was awarded a B.Sc. (Hons) degree in Policy and Administrative Studies in 2007. He also holds a Masters degree in Policy Studies and Administration (MPAS) in the year 2009. He was awarded a Masters in Policy and Administrative Studies in 2018. He has supervised several Diploma students to date and has also been an examination officer in the Department of Institute Policy and Administration from 2013 to 2018. He is a member of Local Government and Public Administration of Nigeria.
