I AM AN ACADEMIC AND A PROFESSIONAL MAJORING IN NUTRITION. I WAS TRAINED AS A HOME ECONOMIST AT THE THEN CROSS RIVER STATE UNIVERSITY OF UYO. I ALSO HAVE AN M.Sc IN APPLIED HUMAN NUTRITION FROM MICHAEL OKPARA UNIVERSITY OF AGRICULTURE, UMUDIKE, ABIA STATE AND HAVE RECENTLY DEFENDED MY THESIS IN HUMAN NUTRITION IN UNIVERSITY OF NIGERIA, NSUKKA (UNN).
