Mrs. Mary Ushie is an Assistant Lecturer in a Department of Educational Management, Faculty of Education, University of Calabar, Calabar, Nigeria. She joined the services of the University in October 2018. She holds a Nigeria Certificate of Education awarded to her by the Federal College of Education Okene, Kogi State in 1992, the University of Calabar, where she was awarded a B.Ed. degree in Educational Administration and Planning in 2009. and M.Ed. degree in Educational Administration and Planning in 2017. She is member of Nigerian Association for Educational Administration and Planning; member, Teacher Registration Council of Nigeria.
