About Dr. Justina Nwandimma Nwangwa

Dr Nwangwa Justina Nwandimma was employed to the Department of Physiology, University of Calabar, Calabar on the 3rd of November, 2010 as a Lecturer 11. Nwangwa Justina holds a Bachelor degree in Biology,MBBCh,degreeand Masters Degree in Endocrine Physiology, all from the University of Calabar, Calabar. Dr Nwangwa Justina .N. teaches different courses in Human Physiology which includes but not restricted to Endocrinology and Reproduction, Neuroendocrinology, system Physiology, special senses, Excitable tissues and motor system. Nwangwa Justina has attended some conferences and has conducted some researches on the following topics: Endocrinology, Reproduction, Cardiovascular Physiology, NeuroPhysiology and haematology. Dr Nwangwa Justina has also collaborated with other scholars in the Physiology Department, Faculty of Basic Medical Sciences and other Universities who include Prof EJ Ani, Prof Koofreh Davis, Dr A E Aribo, Dr Nsimah M. Essien and A L Udefa. Dr Nwangwa is a member of Professional bodies like the Academic Staff Union of the University (ASUU). Physiological Society of Nigeria (PSN), Nigerian Medical Association (NMA),Medical Women’s Association of Nigeria (MWAN), Society of Gynaecology and Obstetrics of Nigeria (SOGON), Medical Women’s international Association, Nutrition society of Nigeria, Research Lab, Calabar, Association of Specialist Medical Doctors in Academics (ASMEDA), Medical and Dental Specialist Association of Basic Sciences (MEDSABAM) University of Calabar branch. Dr Nwangwa Justina is visible on research gate and has nineteen publications, 7 1ndividual publications and twelve which she co-authored with other scholars.
