About Dr. Innocent Asuquo

Dr. Innocent Asuquo is an Agricultural Finance expert, from Oban town in Cross River State, Nigeria. He is happily married to Mrs. Helen Asuquo; and the marriage is blessed with two lovely boys: Francis and Elkan. His interests include reading and football. However, as a researcher and an academic, he is easily drawn to issues of national interest and particularly, food security. He’s of the view that Nigeria can do better agriculture wise if efforts are directed at improving the productivity of key producers such as small scale farmers, who from records, constitute more than 75% of the farming population.
