About Mr. Joseph Aondowase Iba

Mr. Joseph Aondowase Iba is a seasoned policy scientist with bias in Public policy Analysis and Advocacy. He was employed in the University of Calabar on May 2013 as a Research Assistant in the Institute of Public Policy and Administration. He holds a Diploma in Personnel Management and Labour Studies in 1999, a B.Sc degree in Policy Studies and administration (2003) and an Executive Masters in Policy and Administrative Studies in 2008, all from the University of Calabar. Mr Iba has been teaching, researching and assisting in the graduation of students. Mr Iba has attended many conferences where he made presentations and has authored and co-authored a number of Journal articles in peer reviewed journals. He is happily married with children.
