About Dr. Francisca Nonyelum Odigwe

Francisca Nonyelum Odigwe is a Lecturer in the Educational Administration, University of Calabar, Calabar. She holds a Ph.D in Economics & Politics of Education. She is currently the Department Welfare Chairperson, Course Adviser, Examination monetary and also the Staff in Charge of the Departmental Resource room. She has been involved in teaching, research, project supervision and mentoring of undergraduate students. She is a member of Nigeria Association of  Educational Administration and planning (NAEAP), member Commonwealth Council for Educational Administration and Management (CCEAM), Member American Educational Research Association (AERA), Member World Council for curriculum and Institution (WCCI), Member Higher Education Network (HERPNET). Her area of research interest is on strategies to improve the quality and employability of graduate and post graduate teachers any where in the world. She is also interested in Gender studies and inclusive Education. She has several publications in local and foreign Journals of repute and has attended several conferences in Nigeria and abroad. She is currently leading a research on Vocational Training duration and University undergraduate Job Performance  in Cross River State, Nigeria.
