About Dr. Favour Nyoh Beshel

Dr (Mrs) Favour Nyoh Beshel was employed in the Department of Physiology, University of Calabar as an assistant lecturer in 2003 (then as Miss Nyoh Azah), immediately after her MSc graduation. She thereafter enrolled for PhD in 2004 and defended it in January, 2010. She teaches and supervises Medical and paramedical students at both undergraduate and post graduate levels. Dr Beshel has completed the supervision of over 60 undergraduate, three PGDs; three Masters and 2PhD thesis and many others ongoing. Between 2010-2012, she lectured as an adjunct staff in the Department of Physiology, Ebonyi State University; on Sabbatical in the Department of Physiology, Cross River University of Technology (2017-2018) and is presently serving as a Technical Aid Corps (TAC) volunteer in Kampala International University, Uganda. For 10years (2004-2014), she was the examination officer in the Department of Physiology, University of Calabar.
