About Prof. Ekwuore Monday Ushie

Prof. Ekwuore Monday Ushie is a professor of Industrial Sociology, department of sociology, University of Calabar. He holds a PhD in industrial sociology from the University of Jos, Nigeria and a Graduate Diploma Certificate in Personnel Management (CIPM) Lagos. His research and academic instruction focus on Social Engineering, Human Resource Management, Conflict Mediation and Organisational Productivity. His work has appeared in several peer reviewed journals including IOSR Journal of Business and Management, Studies in Sociology of Science, Global Journal of Management and Business Research and Canadian Social Science etc. Prof. Ushie is a C0-Editor of the American Journal of International Politics and Development Studies (AJIPDS) and the immediate past Editor of the Nigerian Journal of Social and Development Issues. Prof. Ushie is a member of the Nigeria Anthropological and Sociological Association (NASA), Member, Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (CIPM) and a member of the Emerald Literati Network, UK, etc. He is married to Mrs. Patience Undeleshima Ushie and the marriage is blessed with children.
