I Dr Clement o Ukpor, comes from biase LGA of crossriver state of nigeria. i had my primary school certificate in 1972,wasc in 1979 BEd (Geog.Edu)1985, MEd(meas.&Eval 2004) and phD in Edu.measurment and evaluation (2014).i was employed in the university of calabar calabar in 2008. currently i am a lecturer 11, staff teaching courses such as testing and measurment ,basic statistics and reasearch methods in education. my department is Educational foundation. i reside in calabar
