About Dr. Bernard Diwa Otu

Dr. Bernard Diwa Otu is a lecturer in the Department of Educational Foundations, Faculty of Education, University of Calabar. He obtain an B.Ed degree in Guidance and Counselling, (2nd Class Hons-Upper Division) in1997, M.Ed Educational Research and Statistics in 2005 and Ph.D Measurement and Evaluation/Statistics in 2009. He is a member of National Association for Educational Researchers and Evaluators (NAERE), Counselling Association of Nigeria (CASSON) and National Conference of the Nigerian Society for Psychosocial Research. He has published in both local and international journals.
