Mrs Winifred Emu is an Assistant Lecturer in the Department of Education management University of Calabar. She holds a B.Ed degree(Hons) in Adult and Continuing Education and a Masters in Educational Administration and Planning all from the University of Calabar. She is currently undergoing her Ph.D degree programme in Educational Management with focus on Smart Infrastructure and Institutional Effectiveness on Tertiary Institutions in South South Nigeria.
