About Mrs. Theresa Andorshieye Ogar-Ikwen

Mrs. Theresa Andorshiye Ogar-Ikwen is an Assistant Lecturer in the Department of Educational Management, Faculty of Education, University of Calabar, Nigeria. She began her Services in the University of Calabar in August, 2018. She has attended six (6) Professional Conferences with four (4) publications in scholarly journals. She has taught courses at undergraduate level in UME and CES programmes; including organization and Administration of U.B.E. in secondary schools, Fundamentals of Educational Administration, Introduction to Administrative Theories, ICT in Education, she has served in diverse capacities within and outside the university including chairperson of Obudu Local Government Area, secretary of Educational Management Department Resource Rome Committee, member of the 97th University of Calabar inaugural lecture central planning committee etc. She belongs to reputable professional bodies including Nigerian Association for Educational Administration and Planning (NAEAP). Mrs. Ogar-Ikwen’s research area is Educational Administration. She is a practicing Christian and happily married with children.
