About Dr. Stephen Bepeh Undie

Dr Stephen Bepeh Undie is an academic staff serving with the University of Calabar, Nigeria. He joined the services of the University in 2010 as a Graduate Assistant in the then Department of Vocational and Special Education, now Department of Vocational Education, and was later promoted to the rank of Lecturer II in 2017. Dr Undie holds a Nigeria Certificate in Education (1998) from the Federal College of Education, Obudu-Nigeria and B.Sc.(Ed) degree in Business Education from the University of Calabar, Nigeria. Finally, he was awarded a M.Sc.(Ed) and PhD degrees in Business Education by the University of Uyo in 2014 and 2019 respectively. His main area of specialisation in Business Education is Management. Since joining the University, he has been helping to teach, research and mentor students at undergraduate levels. He has attended many local academic conferences, workshops, seminars and symposia where he made useful contributions. Dr Undie has published more than ten scholarly papers spread across both local and international peer reviewed journals. He has been serving as Reviewer and Member of the Editorial Board of African Journal of Vocational Education for more than three years running. He is a member of some professional associations including Association of Vocational and Technical Educators of Nigeria, Teachers Registration Council of Nigeria, International Research and Development Network, Uyo and Association of Business Educators of Nigeria.
