About Dr. Samuel Archibong Efanga

Dr Samuel Archibong Shadrack Efanga is an indigene of Henshaw town in Calabar South Local Government Area of Cross River State. He was born on the 26th of March 1997 in Lagos State and attended Anglican Primary School, Araromi-Apapa, Lagos State, from 1983 - 1989, Ajeromi Ifelodun High School, Araromi-Apapa, 1990 - 1995. He proceeded to the University of Calabar, Calabar, where he obtained an MBBCh degree in Medicine and Surgery in 2007. He further specialized in Radiology in the University of Calabar Teaching Hospital, Calabar, where he became a Fellow of the Medical College of Radiology in 2017 under the auspices of the National Post Graduate Medical College of Nigeria. He started his teaching career as a Lecturer in the Radiology Department at the Faculty of Medicine in 2018. He is a member of many professional associations including the Nigerian Medical Association and Medical and Dental Consultants Association of Nigeria. He has published in reputable journals both locally and internationally.
