About Mr. Odim Otu Offem

Mr. Odim Otu Offem, is an Assistant lecturer with the Department of Educational Administration and Planning Faculty of Education, University of Calabar, Calabar, Cross River State, Nigeria. He joined the University of Calabar as Laboratory Assistant in August 2005 and rose to the rank of Senior Laboratory then converted to administrative staff as Higher executive officer in 2013 due to his desire and passion for academic, He later moved to Academic Staff as Assistant Lecturer in the department Social Science Education thereafter transfer to the Department of Educational Administration and Planning where he function actively till date. His area of interest is in Educational Management, Planning and Education Economics. His academic qualifications are as follows: B Sc (Ed) Economics from University of Calabar; M. Ed Educational Management and Planning, from Imo State University, Owerri;. He is a member of some professional bodies such as Nigeria Association Educational Administration and Planning (NAEAP), Common Wealth Council for Educational Administration and Management (CCEAM), Teachers’ Registration Council of Nigeria (TRCN); Researchers International Network; Association for Academic Review and Development (AARD); Institute for Operation Research of Nigeria. And forum of Educational Benchmarkers in Nigeria. He is married with children.
