About Ms. Mercy Egbai Egbai

Mercy Egbai Egbai is a Lecturer in the Department of Educational Administration and Planning, University of Calabar, Calabar, Nigeria. She holds an N.C.E in Environmental Education from Cross River State College of Education, B.Ed (Hons) in Educational Administration and Planning (Economics) and M.Ed in Educational Administration and Planning (Educational Administration and Supervision) from the University of Calabar. She joined the University of Calabar as a Graduate Assistant in August, 2010. She has taught several courses and carried out under graduate project supervision over the years in the University. Ms Egbai is a member of Nigerian Association of Educational Administration and Planning, Commonwealth Council for Educational Administration and Management, Teachers’ Registration Council of Nigeria and have attended several international and local conferences. She is highly analytical with Planning,Supervision and Organising Skills, articulate, self motivated, result oriented and able to work under pressure with or no supervision. Mercy has great passion for research work with particular interest in the studies of Educational Supervision.
