Dr(Mrs) Lily N. Ozumba is a Lecturer II in the Department of Public Administration. She holds Ph.D degree in Public Administration. Her area of specialization is Development Administration. She joined the Department of Public Administration in the year 2017. Dr (Mrs) Lily Ozumba has served as Examination Officer, Coordinator of Departmental Examination officers and a member, Faculty of Social Science Committee on Faculty Journal. She has published in International and Local Journals. She has attended International and Local Conferences. She is a member of Nigerian Political Science Association South-South and Nigerian Political Science Association – Nigeria.
