About Dr. Joseph Effiong Asuquo

Joseph is a senior lecturer in the department of orthopaedic surgery and traumatology of the University of Calabar. He is also a chief consultant orthopaedic surgeon and Traumatologist in the department of orthopaedic surgery and traumatology of the University of Calabar Teaching Hospital, Calabar. He is the current head of the Department of Orthopaedic Surgery and Traumatology of the University of Calabar.Joseph is a passionate teacher, a dedicated clinician and a seasoned researcher, with interest in trauma, paediatric deformity correction and spine surgery.He has attended several local and international conferences, and has published several scholarly articles in local and international journals. Joseph is happily married with three children.
