About Dr. James Abua Ewa

Dr. James Abua Ewa was employed in the University of Calabar on the 9th July, 2008 as an Assistant Lecturer in the Department of Special Education, Faculty of Education, University of Calabar,calabar,Cross River state,Nigeria. He had his B.Ed Special Education, University of Calabar (2000), M.Ed Special Education, University of Jos, Nigeria (2007) and Ph.D in Special Education (2016) at the Palacky University Olomouc, The Czech Republic. Dr. Ewa, J.A is a seasoned Lecturer teaching both Faculty and Departmental courses at the Undergraduate and Post graduated levels. He has also supervised both undergraduate projects and post graduate theses.He is a member of learned academic professional bodies such as: National Association of Exceptional Children (NAEC); Nigeria Association of Special Education Teachers (NASET), Teacher Registration Council of Nigeria (TRCN) among others. He has attended and presented papers at different Local and International Conferences.He has many publications in learned journals both at local and international journals to his credit. His area of research interest include Deaf Education, Inclusive Education, Special Education, Abnormal Psychology.
