Mr Evaristus Akpanke Ushie is an academic staff in the Department of Sociology, Faculty of Social Sciences, University of Calabar, Cross River State, Nigeria. He joined the services of the University of Calabar on September 2018 as an Assistant Lecturer. He holds a University Diploma Certificate in Social Work obtained in 2004, B.Sc. degree in Sociology obtained from the University of Calabar in 2009 and an M.Sc. degree in Criminology and Police Science from the University of Port Harcourt in 2018. He has been teaching, mentoring, researching and contributing to the graduation of students in the Department. He is a member of the American Association of Criminologists and National Institute of Safety Professionals.
