About Dr. Etim Nkanu Efut

Dr. Etim Nkanu Efut started his career as Security Officer with University of Calabar in 2011 and was later converted to Assistant Lecturer in the Department of Environmental Education in 2016. He holds a B.Ed and M.Ed degrees in Environmental Education (with specialization in pollution and waste management) awarded by University of Calabar in 2010 and 2016 respectively. He completed Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D) in Geography and Environmental Education at the University of Nigeria Nsukka in 2021. Dr. Efut is a proficient teacher with interest in pollution and waste management, sustainability of the environment, environmental pricing, climate change amongst others. In order to abreast himself with current academic and global trends, Dr. Efut has attended both international and local conferences, and presented papers. He has published articles in reputable local and foreign journals. He is an active member of the Society of Environmental Toxicology and Chemistry (SETAC).
