Emmanuel Ekpenyong Okon is an academic and as well an Assistant Lecturer in the Department of Business Management University of Calabar. He hails from Adiabo Okurikang in Odukpani Local Government Area of Cross River State. He holds a B.Sc degree (Hons) Business Management, Master of Science Degree (M.Sc) in Business Management (Management) and currently defending his Ph.D dissertation in Business Management with (Focus on Organisational development strategies) all from the University of Calabar, Calabar. He is currently the pioneer examination officer of the Industrial Relations and Human Resources Management, a unit created out from the Department of Business Management, University of Calabar, Calabar.
