Mr Esien-umo, Emmanuel Okon holds a B.Sc. degree in Medical Radiography (University of Calabar), M.Sc in Radiation Biophysics (Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria) and is currently rounding up His Ph.D in Radiation Physics in the department of Physics, University of Calabar. Mr Esien-umo began his professional career as a Radiographer in General Hospital, Mani, Katsina state during the National Youth Service in 1998. After the National Youth Service, he worked in Barau Dikko Specialist Hospital, Kaduna as a Radiographer I in 1999 before joining the services of Ahmadu Bello University Teaching Hospital, Zaria-Kaduna state in 2000, where he grew to become Chief Radiographer and the Assistant Radiation Protection Officer. In 2012, he joined the services of the University of Calabar as a lecturer. Mr Esien-umo has served as a member of many Departmental and Faculty committees. He is a recipient of some awards and currently one of the Examination officers in the Department of Radiography and Radiological Science, University of Calabar, Calabar
