About Dr. Eze Azubuike Adindu

Dr Adindu Eze Azubuike from Amuha Village,Isieketa Autonomous Community, Isiala Ngwa South L.G.A of Abia State, Nigeria. He was born on 12th December, 1976.He taught Biology and Chemistry several years in Southland Secondary school,Aba before joining Federal University of Calabar in 2018 as a lecturer 2.He teaches in Toxicology Unit, Department of Biochemistry, Faculty of Basic Medical Sciences, University of Calabar, Cross River State, Nigeria where he teaches Biochemistry to Medical Students. He btained his West African School Certificate from Abia State Senior Science School, Ihie in 1995.He obtained a B.Sc in Biochemistry in 1996, an M.Sc in Biochemistry (Environmental Toxicology) in 2011 and a Ph.D in Biochemistry (Biochemical Toxicology and Pharmacology) in 2016 all from Abia State University, Uturu.He attended the Nigerian Society of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology 4th South-South Zonal Conference, 2019 on the ‘ THE ROLE OF BIOCHEMISTRY AND MOLECULAR BIOLOGY IN SUSTAINABLE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT’, where he presented a paper ' phytochemical Screening of the stem bark, leaves and roots of Hura crepitans using GC-FID'. He is a member of Nigerian Society of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology As a Researcher and teacher, he collaborates with colleagues in the same department, other departments within and outside his institution.He has published widely in reputable international journals. He is very passionate about making so much positive impact in toxicological risk assessment and drug development using rich phytochemical herbal extracts.
