About Dr. Bassey Archibong Etim

DR BASSEY ARCHIBONG ETIM IS A GRADUATE OF MEDICINE AND SURGERY (MB;BCh) FROM THE 1998 CLASS OF UNIVERSITY OF CALABAR MEDICAL SCHOOL. HE IS A FELLOW OF THE NATIONAL POSTGRADUATE MEDICAL COLLEGE OF NIGERIA, FACULTY OF OPHTHALMOLOGY AND ALSO HOLDS A POST FELLOWSHIP, SUBSPECIALTY SHORT TERM CERTIFICATE IN VITROERETINAL OPHTHALMOLOGY. AS A SENIOR LECTURER, DR ETIM LECTURES BOTH POSTGRADUATE AND UNDERGRADUATE STUDENTS IN THE FIELD OF OPHTHALMOLOGY AND IS PASSIONATELY INVOLVED IN ACADEMIC AND CLINICAL RESEARCH. HE HAS OVER 25 PUBLICATIONS IN INTERNATINAL AND LOCAL JOURNALS. HE HAS ATTENDED SEVERAL INTERNATIONAL AND LOCAL CONFERENCES/WORKSHOPS AS PARTICIPANT AND RESOURSE PERSON. DR BASSEY ARCHIBONG ETIM IS ALSO AN HONORARY CHIEF CONSULTANT OPHTHALMOLOGIST WITH THE UNIVERSITY OF CALABAR TEACHING HOSPITAL, CALABAR.
