EmailRobert Augustine Igwe is a native of Assiga Afrekpe in Assiga clan, Yakurr Local Government Area of Cross River State, Nigeria. He was born on the 22nd of July 1988 into the family of Mr and Mrs Igwe Robert Onun Robert Augustine Igwe attended St Francis primary school Ekori where he obtained First School Leaving Certificate (FSLC) in 1997, he procceded to Secondary School Mkpani, Mkpani where he obtained SSCE (WACE) in 2003, he was admitted into the university of Calabar in 2006/2007 to study Education Economics and graduated with second class upper division B.Sc. (Ed) in 2010, furthermore enrolled into a masters degree in educational research and statistics and obtained M.Ed in 2017, currently he is a doctoral degree student in the University of Nigeria Nsukka. Robert Augustine Igwe was employed into the University of Calabar as a graduate assistant in 2013 after the completion of his masters degree he was upgraded to the rank of Assistant Lecturer in in 2017. Mr Robert Augustine Igwe has published in reputable Local and international journals, and also attended conferences. As a lecturer he has interest in the field of education economics, educational research, educational evaluation and educational pedagogy. He has thought some courses in the department, like population and family life education, population and economic development in Nigeria, methods of teaching economics and many others. also supervised undergraduate students project. Mr Robert Augustine Igwe has held many positions amongst them are students staff adviser from 2014 to 2019, deputy examination officer from 2017 to 2019.
