About Dr. Abigail Aniefiok Effiong

Dr. Abigail Aniefiok Effiong is a Lecturer II in the Department of Curriculum and Teaching, Faculty of Education, University of Calabar, Calabar. She joined the services of the University of Calabar in 2010 as a Graduate Assistant. She holds Ph.D. and M.Sc. (Ed.) degrees in Educational Technology awarded to her by the University of Uyo, Akwa Ibom State, Nigeria in 2021 and 2015, respectively, and a B. Sc. (Ed.) degree in Educational Technology from the University of Calabar in 2009. Dr. Effiong has been teaching and contributing to the graduation of undergraduate students in the University. She has a great passion for research with a particular interest in Instructional System Design. She has attended several conferences and workshops, also published in several local and international journals She is a member of the Educational Media and Technology Association of Nigeria. Dr. Abigail Effiong is happily married.
