About Dr. Abel Idagu Ushie

Dr. Abel I. Ushie joined the services of the University of Calabar on the 11th of August, 2010 as Graduate Assistant in the Department of Philosophy. His core area of specialization is Philosophy of Science and other area of research interest is social and political philosophy, existentialism, epistemology, philosophy of economics and Philosophy of Language. These areas he has taught at the undergraduate programmes. Dr. Abel I. Ushie got his first Degree B.A (Hons), M.A. in Social and Political Philosophy, Ph.D in Philosophy of Science from the University of Calabar, Calabar. He belongs to some professional associations such as: Philosophical Association of Nigeria and Academic Staff Union of University.
