Hello, and Welcome to Faculty Of Physical Sciences.
At the 203rd meeting of the Senate of the University of Calabar
held on 28th May, 2015, the erstwhile Faculty of Science
was split into two Faculties, Biological Sciences and Physical
Sciences.
With thanks and sincere appreciation to the Almighty God,
I welcome you to the Faculty of Physical Sciences, which
commenced full academic activities with six Departments
on October 1, 2015 with Professor Benedict Iserom Ita as her
