We are very proud of the progress and huge accomplishments of our Department in various academic fields including teaching, learning, research, achievements of our alumni, and community services.

We are located in a very serene environment that promotes teaching, learning, research, and thinking. The Department has a uniquely packaged course curriculum that enables students to choose courses meant for the degree options that they were admitted to study in the Department. The Department offers courses that lead to the award of undergraduate and postgraduate degrees in the various fields of specializations available in the Department. Our team comprises academic and administrative staff with immense teaching and administrative experience who are always willing to reach, research and inspire students to put in their best for their overall success. Students are always motivated to learn, acquire relevant teaching and professional skills, and get certified by the Teachers’ Registration Council of Nigeria before graduation.

Our Alumni are dominated by a long list of a group of successful, proud, and happy members who are rendering quality services in their various places of assignment. We are grateful to them for their support that has not only helped in enhancing our academic standards but also, inspired us to sustain our excellent teaching and research services in the Department.
