About Dr. Festus O. Arop

Arop, Festus Obun is a lecturer in the Department of Educational Administration and Planning. He holds the following degrees: B.Ed English Education; LLB; BL; M.Ed in Educational Administration and Supervision; Ph.D in Educational Administration and Supervision. His area of research interest is Education Administration and Supervision; Education Law. He has 30 publications in learned Journals both foreign and local. He has also four book chapters, he is also on book project in his area titled: Management of School Laws in Nigeria. He is currently working on 3 researches :(1) Institutional Variables and supervision of security in public Secondary Schools in Cross River State. (2) School Infrastructural quality and principals' Administrative job performance in Secondary Schools in Cross River State. (3) Management of support services and teachers task performance in public Secondary Schools in Ebonyi State, Nigeria.He was principal of Ekpashi Secondary School Ntamante, in Boki LGA (1988-1991), Head of Department of Educational Foundations College of Education Akamkpa, Examination Officer/course adviser Sandwich Programme University of Calabar (2014-2016).
