Dr. JOSIAH NWABUEZE OBIEFUNA

Dr. J. N Obiefuna is an academic staff of the Department of Geography and Environmental Science, Faculty of Social Sciences, University of Calabar, Nigeria. He is a Geographer, an Environmentalist, an Urban Development Planning Specialist, as well as an ICT practitioner. He holds a University Diploma in Applied Economics (DAPE); Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Geography and Regional Planning; Masters of Science (M.Sc), and Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D) in Geography and Environmental Science, with a specialization in Urban Development Planning. He has also received training on ICT (Networking, Repair and Maintenance, Desktop Publishing, Data Processing and Elementary Programming); Geospatial Intelligence/Geographic Information Systems & Remote Sensing, as well as training on People Management. He is also a researcher, who has authored and co-authored on several themes. Dr. Obiefuna is an ICT Advisory Personnel to the University of Calabar Graduate School (Since 2013 to date). He is also a Member of Unical Graduate School`s Digital Library Management Committee (Since 2014 to date). A member of Graduate School`s Research and External Linkages Committee (Since 2014 to date). He is also a member of the American Association of International Researchers, AAIR (with member ID GEO-AAIR-1012).
