Dr. Enang Ebingha Erena

Dr. Enang Ebingha Erena holds a B.sc degree in Sociology(UNN, 1991-1996), M.sc degree in Sociology/Demography(UI, Ibadan, 1999-2000) and a ph.D degree in Demography/population Studies(UNICAL, 2001-2007). He is currently a lecturer in University of Calabar, Calabar, Nigeria(1998- Tilldate). He has professional Membership certificates with: Nigeria sociological and Antropological Association(NSASA, 2013), Population Association Of Nigeria( PAN, 2014). A member European Centre for Research Training and Development(2015). And also a member of international centre for Executive Security Training(ICEST) and Director of Certificate Programe. He was a consultant to cross river state government on local Economic Empowerment Development Strategy (LEEDS) for Obubra local government Area.(2011). He is a recipient of grants for ; Economic Survey of five (5) Gully Erosion sites at Nyangasang, Ikot Anwatim, Edim otop and Atakpa communities. A world bank assisted project (2011). and World bank sponsored cross river state community and social development project outcome study of micro- project in cross river state. He has publications both in local and international journals.He has successfully supervised four Ph. D candidates and five M. Sc candidates. He is happily married with children.
