Iheanacho, MaryJoan Ugboaku (Ph.D) is from Obinze in Owerri, Owerri West Local Government Area, Imo State – Nigeria. I obtained NCE in Business Studies/Commerce from Alvan Ikoku College of Education, Owerri. A graduate of University of Nigeria, Nsukka where I obtained a (B.Ed) degree in Education; Post Graduate Diploma (PGDM) in Management (EMBA) in Management; and MBA (i.e Master degree in Business Administration and Ph.D in Management all from University of Calabar. with area of specialization in (Human Resource Management). Dr. (Mrs.) MaryJoan Ugboaku Iheanacho taught in several school amongst which include Holy Child Secondary School, Calabar, Urban Girl Secondary School Nsukka and University of Calabar International Secondary School. Later, she joined the Department of Business Management, University of Calabar where she is up till date. She also belong to a professional body known as Nigerian Association Business Educators and married with children.
