Dr. Otu Offiong Duke

Otu Offiong Duke is a Lecturer in the Department of Public Administration,  University of Calabar, Calabar, He holds a Ph.D in Public Administration with specialization in Defence Administration from University of Calabar (2015).  He has been involved in teaching and contributing to the graduating of undergraduate students since he joined the University in 2010. He has served as Examinations Officer (2012 -2018). His main areas of Research are Defence Administration, Peace and Conflict Studies, War Studies and Contemporary Strategic Thought (ancient and medieval). He has several publications in reputable  local and International journals. Dr Duke has also attended many conferences in and outside Nigeria. His email address is otuduke@unical@edu.ng.
