A young hardworking, pragmatic, intelligent food scientist whose area of interest/research is Food Chemistry, safety and toxicology with emphasis on mycotoxins and microbial risk assessment, metabolism of xenobiotics, dyes toxicity, heavy metals toxicology, endocrine disrupting chemical, product development and assessment of environmental impact of agrochemical.
