Dr.(Mrs) Rebecca Enuoh is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Business Management, University of Calabar, Nigeria. She holds a PhD in Human Resource Management, University of Bradford, United Kingdom, Masters in Business Administration (MBA), University of Calabar, Post Graduate Diploma in Research (Business and Management), University of Bradford, England and Bachelor Degree in Banking and Finance, University of Calabar. Her areas of research interests are (a) Corporate Social Responsibility (b) Human Resource Management (c) Organizational Behaviour and (e) Business Ethics. Her personal philosophy is optimism and hardwork are the keys to success.
